1. Bidding & Buying

On our website, sign up with your email, name, and a bank card to participate.

You can also join live auctions through the-saleroom or Easy Live Auction.

You have the option to participate in our sales through both Live Bidding and Absentee Bidding, ensuring a seamless auction experience.

Live Bidding allows you to engage in real time as the auction unfolds, placing bids dynamically as each lot is presented. Absentee Bidding, on the other hand, enables you to submit your bids in advance ahead of the sale. Our system will automatically bid on your behalf, increasing the increments if competing bids are placed.

 

Upon securing your lots, you will receive an invoice detailing the total cost, including fees and postage.

2. Fees & Payments

All of our items are subject to Buyer’s Premium and VAT.

Our Buyers Premium is 10% of the final hammer price. VAT is 20% of the buyer’s premium.

Other platforms may also have additional fees, Easy Live Auction, and the saleroom have their own fee structure.

Payments can be made online using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer and all card payment methods.

You’ll receive an invoice via email which will link to our payment portal, there you will receive the total cost, including fees and shipping.

Please make sure your account has your correct email address, telephone number and postal address.

Payment is due within 7 calendar days of receiving your invoice. The right to purchase the item will expire if payment is not received within seven calendar days.

3. Postage & Shipping

All UK Mainland deliveries are shipped via DPD next-day service.

All purchases are shipped. It is not possible to collect your items.

 

 

UK Mainland shipping is £12.50 +VAT for 24-hour insured postage for any number of items.

For international shipping please contact us for a quote, we do our best to offer competitive shipping rates.

Allow up to 3 working days from payment for processing and dispatch.

Please note that all of our items are shipped via DPD Next Day service for UK Mainland deliveries.

Yes, all items are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.

4. Returns & Issues

Items cannot be returned if you change your mind, as public auctions are exempt from the Right to Cancel, as per The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If there’s an issue with your purchase upon receipt, contact us immediately so we can assist.

Unfortunately, orders cannot typically be cancelled. However, if required, please contact us as soon as possible via email at help@luxoris.com or via our Contact Us page, and we will do our best to assist.
